What is included in this package?
We take your dreams and your goals into account and tailor a customized program to get you from your current state to shredded in 12 weeks time. We take into account any form of injuries, time constraints, health conditions, as well as anything else that could hinder your training.
Throughout this 12 week program, you will also get access to a coaching session weekly as desired with Jamar, where he will oversee your training to ensure that your workout is both effective, and enjoyable!
To help dial in your training, we also provide a meal plan as a bonus in order to get you shredded while also not having to eat the dreaded chicken and rice 3 times a day. With this meal planning, you get to enjoy yourself in the kitchen and get shredded!

Ideally, you would have a gym membership, but if you have a small and minimalistic home gym, you can work out there.
This is not an issue, 4 days is ideal, however not essential, 2 is the minimum but will just not yield as great of results..
Because we specifically tailor each and every workout to fit you, your goals, and your capabilities. Whether you begin overweight, skinny, skinny fat, no matter the situation we will tailor our workout plans to fit you!
